@dburmler – The site One Community Church is using is a wordpress theme called Concise. You can find it at http://www.premiumtemplate.org/theme-forest-concise-wordpress-theme.html. I am pretty sure a lot of other people are using it.

Template or not, I like it. The graphics and logos look good too.

I really like this site, very sharp and eye catching.

Love the layout, Easy to navigate. Great colour scheme and I really like the background and logo.
